1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to:

  • Names
  • Email address
  • User Names
  • Password (Stored in encrypted form where applicable)

We do not collect sensitive information such as financial data or government identifiers.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer or device, and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Some of information will be automatically collected when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. These information may include device and usage information, such as IP address, User Agent, preferred language, location, and other technical information to provide better service for you.


2. COOKIES

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. 4. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We use Gravatar to provide avatar service.

When you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the user’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reCAPTCHA by Google to protect our Site from spam and abuse. This service collects personal information from Users to determine whether they are human or a bot. We may embed YouTube videos on our Site. When you play an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may collect information about your use of the service, including your IP address and device information. This information is subject to YouTube’s Privacy Policy.


5. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

We will only keep users personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. 9. USE OF DISCORD BOTS

Our Discord bots provide interactive functions within Discord servers. When interacting with our bots, we collect and process certain data necessary for their operation:

  • Discord Identifiers: We store Discord User IDs, Server IDs (Guild IDs), and sometimes Channel IDs to manage settings, permissions, and configurations specific to users and servers.
  • Message Content: We process message content only temporarily to execute commands or respond to user requests. We do not permanently store general message content unless it is explicitly required for a persistent feature, or if the message is passed to the Gemini API as detailed in Section 12.
  • Compliance: Our operation of the Discord bots is subject to the Discord Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We use the Google Gemini API as part of our Discord bot to provide enhanced interactive features. When you interact with the Bot within a Discord server, the following information may be transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing:

  • Message Content: The content of your messages sent to the Bot, including text, images, and other supported media inputs.
  • User ID (Discord): Your unique Discord user ID.
  • Server ID (Discord): The ID of the Discord server where the interaction occurs.

Data transmitted to the Google Gemini API is subject to Google’s data handling and retention policies. You are encouraged to review Google’s Privacy Policy for information regarding their practices.

10. USE OF GENERATIVE AI CHAT SERVICE

Our Generative AI Chat Service allows users to interact with various Large Language Models (LLMs). When you use this service, we collect and locally store your chat history, prompts, system instructions, and uploaded files on our servers so you can access your past conversations. Your converstation will be sent to external API for processing.


11. USE OF EXTERNAL AI PROVIDERS & API CALLS

To power certain features—including the Generative AI Chat Service—we may call external AI/ML APIs and infrastructure providers, which may include Microsoft Azure AI (Azure OpenAI Service), Google Gemini, Perplexity, and others. These providers may process your data to return model outputs (e.g., text, image analysis).

  • External API Processing: To generate responses, the text, images, or files you input into the chat are securely transmitted to external third-party API providers. These providers include, but are not limited to, Azure AI (OpenAI), Google Gemini and Perplexity.
  • Third-Party Policies: Once your data is transmitted to these external providers, it is subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices. While most enterprise API providers do not use API data to train their public models, we strongly advise against sharing highly sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in your chat prompts.
  • Cross‑border processing: Requests to these providers may be processed in data centers outside your country, including but not limited to the jurisdictions listed in Section “Jurisdiction and Data Transfer“.

12. USE OF CLOUD COLLABORATION, MESSAGING, AND FORMS

We provide a cloud platform for file sharing, team collaboration, messaging, and data collection via forms.

  • Data Retention: Any data you generate or upload on this platform—including files, documents, chat messages, and data submitted through forms—is persistently stored on our servers. This data will be kept indefinitely to ensure the continuous availability of your workspace and records, unless you manually delete it or request its removal.
  • Access and Visibility: Files and messages are private to your account and those you explicitly share them with. However, as the system administrator, uJayden retains the right to review, restrict, or delete files or data to maintain server stability, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
  • Form Submissions: If you fill out a form hosted on our cloud service, the information you provide will be kept in our database to fulfill the purpose of the form.

13. JURISDICTION AND DATA TRANSFER

Our services are hosted on servers located in various jurisdictions. Specifically, data collected through the Site and Services may be stored and processed in:

  • Hong Kong
  • Japan (Osaka)
  • United States (Los Angeles)

Please note that your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Hong Kong, Japan, and the United States, where data protection laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these facilities.

Geographical Limitation and Non-Targeting
